The Travel Ball Elite World Series is a “Stay to Play” event
ALL travel teams requiring overnight lodging must use only approved host properties, and all rooms are to be booked through Hit and Run, Inc. ***This rule will be well enforced and any team found in violation will be removed from the event with no refund given.
- Our hotel sponsors help in keeping the entry fees at an acceptable level and we appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
- All coaches have been advised of this policy and agree to these terms upon acceptance to the tournament.

- Host hotels have been secured and teams will begin to be contacted in late September / early October to select appropriate lodging for the tournament. Please be prepared to provide number of rooms needed for your stay.
- Teams will select from properties located in proximity to where they will play the majority of their games, however please note and inform all families that the college and professional fields in Northeast Ohio are somewhat spread out so teams can expect to travel a few days during the tournament.
- Host hotels have been secured and teams will begin to be contacted upon registration to select appropriate lodging for the tournament. Please be prepared to provide number of rooms needed for your stay. Teams will select from properties located in proximity to where they will play the majority of their games, however please note and inform all families that the college and professional fields in Northeast Ohio are somewhat spread out so teams can expect to travel a few days during the tournament. An Accurate rooming list is to be provided to the Tournament Director in advance of the tournament. Any teams cancelling any reserved rooms without a valid reason will be removed from the tournament with NO refund given.
